Existing Feature Improvement

GF should have a separate label for orders that want gift wrapping and a gift message (which costs) and orders that want ONLY a gift message (which is free). Currently the same label is used for both which causes the warehouse to wrap orders that didn't pay for that service.

If some order items are PTO and other are ready to pick. Or if some items ought to ship from one warehouse, and some from another. Let us know that such mixed orders exist, so we can review them. This already works when some items are drop ship.
