we would like to have a option when i create a po to set for each product how much I will got in each warehouse, also if we send direct to amazon from the manufacture that when amazon received it it should get updated on the po

POs have a warehouses. You can't have one PO, that ships to one location, and yet expect products to be received at different warehouses. Of course you could that. You could create two receipts in two warehouses for one PO, but it doesn't make sense to add this as a feature.
Regarding Amazon, you'd of course need to create an inbound shipment on the PO, with boxes and labels and all. That's a nice feature to have.
